I had a great experience at BSS today! They were able to inspect both my saxophones, explain what needed to be done to get them in optimal playing condition and provided me options at different price points while discussing their recommendations as to which would be the best option! I was able to schedule a return visit with a window of how long they’d have my horn and what to expect after the work was completed. 10/10

Brought my 40 year old sax in for an evaluation. They didn’t try to upsell me, or even do the basic — since it just might not be worth it. I really appreciated their honesty and grace. I will gladly return once I figure out my next steps.
