Exceptional service…the team was able to squeeze a playing condition service in for my horn while I was in Boston for the fourth! I couldn’t help buying a new tenor case and some reeds while I was there. Thanks BSS!

I brought my Selmer Mark VI alto in to see what it needed after I took a long break (30 years!) from regular playing. I just picked it up after getting a full repad and even though I'm out of practice, it plays better than it ever did. I remember how difficult it was to play the low B and Bb, and today they come out easy and smooth. And it feels great over the whole range. And I learned so much about maintaining my horn in the short time I was in the shop. Highly recommend!!

Best repair shop in BOS-maybe in the universe
James is my tech but all of them are artisans.
they have worked on my horns for years, and their craftsmanship is without parallel and their prices are very fair.
They work with you, as they know you have a complex relationship with your horn, and they want to enhance that relationship.I feel fortunate to leave so near to them, but I would have them work on my horns from anywhere.

I have to say customer service is a real thing at BSS
Without asking I was just pointing out a problem and all they wanted as photo.
